Most humans are terrible at estimating time. Usually because every detail is rarely considered, or known, coupled with misperceptions about how long it takes to do various tasks.

In science, you have to accept that you will always have critics, and not everyone will agree with your point of view.

At the beginning of your project, you should clearly understand what the project is planning to achieve as the primary outcome.

It can be difficult to identify risks and the impact they might have on your project because you don’t know what you don’t know!

Regardless of whether your project was a success, ended badly, or fell somewhere in between, there should always be a proper wrap up of the project.

In science, extension and adoption go hand in hand but are two different things.
